Anna Smith, Lead teacher

My name is Anna Smith and I am one of the Infant Room teachers at The Early Enrichment Center. I grew up in Memphis and currently live in the Bartlett area.  I have 3 wonderful children, a son in college and 2 teenage daughters. I received my Master's Degree in Human Relations and Psychology from The University of Oklahoma with a focus on child development.  I have worked with state early intervention programs in families' homes and the classroom for 15 years.  I have a passion for teaching, especially the birth to three age group, and LOVE to see a child smile when they learn something new! 


Megan Smith, Assistant Teacher

My name is Megan Smith, and I am one of the infant teachers at the Early Enrichment Center. I have been working with babies and small children for almost 10 years, and I have a degree in Educational Psychology. Most recently I was a full time nanny to an infant throughout her first year of life, and it was a daily reward watching her learn and grow. I cannot wait to give each and every one of your children the best care and love they deserve! 


Erin Woods, Lead Teacher

Hello parents, my name is Erin Woods. I have been in Early Childhood for a little over 11 years. I am currently pursuing my Bachelors in Early Childhood Development, in which I am close to completing. Some of my most favorite things to do are spend time with my family and  I love going to see new action movies! I am so excited and thankful to be apart of The Early Enrichment Center!

Mar’Trecia Finney, Lead Teacher and Assistant Director

Hi parents! My name is Trecee and I’ll be your teacher in the Tigers classroom along with Ms. Tori. ! I hold a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Family Studies from the University of Memphis and I have over 12 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education field. I am so excited to be a part of the EEC staff and I look forward to an incredible year with you and your child.

Tori Harris, Assistant Teacher

My name is Victoria Michelle Harris, but I go by Tori. I graduated from the University of Memphis with a Child Development major and a Spanish minor. I am a former student athlete-- playing softball as a Tiger all four years. My hobbies include watching sports, spending time outdoors, and spending time with family.

Dannon Eubanks, Lead Teacher

Hi! My name is Dannon Eubanks. I am a recent graduate of the University of Memphis where I studied Youth Services, Psychology and English. I have worked at Idlewild in a variety of positions throughout college and am so excited to continue to work here. I have spent lots of time working with older children and am eager to try something new with the Early Enrichment Center. I love being silly, running, reading, and, above all, doing these things with kiddos. I can't wait to get to know each of you!   

Quindolyn Chalmers, Assistant Teacher

Hello, my name is Quindolyn Chalmers and I am a toddler teacher here at the EEC at Idlewild. I have a bachelor degree in Child Development and Family Studies. I have been working with children for about 7 years now.  I am dedicated to the social and emotional development of each child and make it my goal to make sure that each child receives the best care and love that they deserve.
